The electric Dragonfly finally unveiled

We are really proud to present the zero emission aircraft we have been working on since 2019. Together with 300+ alumni, the #electric #Dragonfly was unveiled during the 85th anniversary of Aeronautical & Precision Engineering @ Inholland Delft and the 55th anniversary of V.S.V. Sipke Wynia. If you want to receive a glimpse of the unveil, see the following movie with special appearance from alumni Paul Peeters and Joost Dieben on sustainable aviation.

  • Date: May 21, 2022
  • Location: API building on TU Delft Campus
  • Project activity: Electric Dragonfly unveil

A special thanks to our technology partners Saluqi Motors and ELEO Technologies and thanks to JP Avionics BV for the contribution on the avionics, aircraft systems and aircraft modifications.

Thanks to the following partners we were able to provide 3rd year projects, internships and graduations for Project DragonFly:
KVE Composites, SPECTO Aerospace, IT’S Engineering, Femto Engineering, E-Flight Academy, DUTCHVR, FlightTechniques, Fokker Services and GKN Fokker and NLR – Netherlands Aerospace Centre. More than 150 of our students have now worked on zero-emission aircraft designs, and the number is increasing.

If you want to know more about #projectDragonFly, meet us at the ILA Berlin on June 22-24 where we will join NAG Advancing your Aerospace and Airport Business at the Holland High Tech pavilion together with Dutch aerospace companies.
